AX70TRF is capable of observing the surface morphology of materials imaging under optical source. It has Bright-field/Dark-field/Nomarski/Polarized/Fluorescence modes. It is equipped with a digital CCD camera and the images can be viewed from a color monitor. The images will be converted to text files to be saved in a computer system and printable.
